Miss Woodmont High School

A winning tradition for 59 years!

About Us

At the 58th Miss Woodmont High School Scholarship Pageant, Sydney Miller, a junior, was crowned the winner after an exciting evening of pageantry. Sydney competed against eight other Woodmont High School students to claim the title and the $1,000 scholarship. Sydney is an All A Honor Roll student with a 5.103 GPA. She is a member of the International Club, Beta Club and the National Honor Society. When asked what her favorite thing is about Woodmont, Sydney had this to say, “My favorite thing about Woodmont is how inclusive it is. Woodmont offers all the sports and has a club for everyone's interests. It really focuses on making sure everyone can be a part of the school.” Sydney will spend the next year representing Woodmont through a variety of appearances around the community spending time visiting classrooms, school assemblies, community events and other special occasions. Miss Woodmont High School is a fundraiser for the Woodmont PTSA. The money raised through the pageant goes directly back into Woodmont. The funds support teacher grants, the EOC incentive program and other resources supporting the school.

Tradition.

For nearly six decades, the Miss Woodmont High School Scholarship Pageant has been a beacon of excellence, celebrating intelligence, talent, and drive. With its rigorous competitions in interview, casual wear, talent, and evening gown, the pageant has showcased the remarkable capabilities of its contestants.

But beyond the glitz and glamour, the Miss Woodmont High School Scholarship Pageant is about empowering young women to pursue their dreams. Former winners serve as shining examples, having not only excelled in academics and extracurriculars but also gone on to win state and national titles, leaving a lasting legacy of success and inspiration for generations to come.
